Barcode Regulation

As of January 1, 2020, Saudi Arabia Customs Directorates will search for the companies' SABER system registered barcodes on the product / carton / pallet / etc. in order to complete the customs procedures of your exported products. Barcodes should be 13 specific digits for each product model and should be specified during export in the invoice or package list. Barcodes that will be created specifically for the products by your company or that are already available should be permanently on the products / cartons / pallets during the export of the products (loading and unloading, customs clearance).
